In the Russian Federation, a citizen can order such a certificate from his tax agent, as a rule, this is an employer or a broker, if an individual has brokerage accounts and income from them. In addition, now it is easy to do this through the website of the Federal Tax Service.

This is a certificate issued to citizens of the EAEU (spoiler, it includes Armenia, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan). It is intended only for employees and serves as a legal basis for the presence of a foreign citizen in the territory of Armenia. At the same time, it is valid without restrictions for the entire term of the employment contract. In other words, this is an analogue of a residence permit.
