You can get married at the Consular Section of the Russian Embassy in Armenia. For this you need Make an appointment. The windows for the next month open every 1st day. At the Consulate, provide passports (copies will be made on the spot, but you can bring your own) and marriage statement (form 7), printed on one sheet on both sides and filled out by hand. Please note that the application must include information about a previous marriage, if any. The state duty for the provision of the service is AMD $30/14 400 in cash. On the selected day, without an appointment, come to the Consulate with passports to receive a marriage certificate. There is no formal ceremony.
MARRIAGE REGISTRY
Also, marriages between foreign citizens are concluded in local registry offices, and in Yerevan also in the Unified Office of Public Services. To do this, at least one citizen must have the right to reside in the RA (residence permit or Armenian passport).
Required documents:
A marriage license is issued after 10 days. For an additional fee, the process can be accelerated.

Required documents:
- Joint written statement persons entering into marriage (seventh document).
- Passports and their copies with notarized translation.
- With the state registration of marriage in the past, a document that is the basis for the termination of a previous marriage (certificate of divorce or a court decision on divorce that has entered into legal force, or a death certificate of a spouse) with a notarized translation.
- A document on the absence of the fact of state registration of marriage with a notarized translation. Alternative names: certificate of marital status, not married, unmarried, not married, not married. You can get a certificate in the Russian Federation at the registry office or at the Russian Consulate in Armenia. If it is not possible to contact the registry office at the place of registration, then a notary in the Russian Federation can certify a statement about the absence of marriage on the basis of passport data. Marriage between a Russian and an Armenian
Marriage between citizens of Armenia and Russia is registered at the registry office or at the Unified Office of Public Services in Yerevan. You will need the same documents as for marriage between foreigners in the RA registry office. An exception is that a citizen of the Republic of Armenia does not need notarization of documents and a certificate of marital status.
