Getting a fine is already unpleasant. The question is how to pay for it. Let's talk about all the ways.

Penalty Notice

If you have a residence registration in Armenia, fines will be sent to your address. If there is no registration, then you will only learn about fines at the border, where you will have to pay them.

In the applications of Armenian banks, you can independently find a fine from the traffic police by car numbers.

State electronic payment system

The state electronic payment system operates in the Republic of Armenia. On the site e-payments.am There are three categories of fines for administrative violations:
  1. administrative fines. Includes payments to various ministries and committees, police, etc.
  2. Traffic fines.
  3. Tax penalties.

There are only two versions of the site: in Armenian and in English (translation is not given everywhere).

For payment you will need to enter:
  • PIN specified in the fine;
  • FULL NAME;
  • the amount paid;
  • commission amount;
  • e-mail;
  • bank card details (VISA, MasterCard, ArCa) or MobiDram payment system.

Bank

Any fine can be paid at a bank branch. Traffic police fines are paid through the terminal and the application. Basic information required:
  • technical passport number;
  • car number;
  • social number;
  • passport data;
  • PIN fine.

Fast payment system

You can pay car fines in Telcell, Easypay, MobiDram and Idram wallet applications. The required data is the same as for banks.

Easypay and Telcell also accept traffic fines through terminals. Data that may be required:
  • passport;
  • FULL NAME;
  • social number;
  • PIN code of the fine;
  • date of decision;
  • police badge number.

A fee of 200-300 AMD is charged for payment through the fast payment systems.

Mail

The car fine can be paid at the post office. Required:
  • passport;
  • social number;
  • notification of an administrative offense;
  • TIN;
  • TIN.

Road police

You can pay a car fine at the terminal in the traffic police at the address Yerevan, st. Tairova, 14.

You need to enter:
  • phone number;
  • social number (if not, then date of birth and zeros);
  • act number;
  • police badge number.
