This site is called the local analogue of the Russian “CIAN”. Tunmun.am

The service provides information about available real estate from both owners and realtors. It is possible to familiarize yourself with the rental conditions (children, animals) and the availability of amenities (air conditioning, heating system, parking space, etc.) directly in the advertisement.

The choice there is usually wider than on the platforms listed above, because most of the apartments are quickly rented out and simply do not reach regular ad sites. On the one hand, when renting an apartment through real estate agencies, you certainly pay for their services. On the other hand, specialists help you choose a convenient option in a short time and draw up agreement, which will protect you from a number of troubles. Some tenants prefer to pay a little more, but sleep peacefully. And be prepared for a huge number of messages from the agent, which, unfortunately, do not always fall within the requests you voiced.

PROS: always at hand, you can quickly respond to a fresh ad, quick communication with the landlord.

CONS: lack of search filters, cases of fraud and fees for realtor services are not excluded.
