Maxim Shvetsov, director Move2Armenia Career

“At the brainstorm, which we organized on 3/10/2023 with managers and HR of more than 50 Armenian companies, educational and government institutions, among others, two key ideas were voiced to help forced migrants find employment: “It’s not a shame to work, it’s a shame not to work” and “A job in your company — is a chance for the future for a family from Artsakh.”

These ideas became guidelines for other initiatives, in particular, a more loyal attitude towards applicants who do not have a CV. To give them the opportunity to present themselves to employers, Move2Armenia Career organized a Day of Express Interviews. Move2Armenia Career also initiated a Job Fair on November 25 at Holiday Inn. At this fair, everyone will be able to find a job: internally displaced persons, citizens of Armenia, and relocants.”.
