On May 23, a sports day was held in Victory Park in Yerevan, organized by Move2Armenia in cooperation with ORION fitness club
Fans of an active lifestyle could try their hand at various master classes, enjoy the atmosphere of the chill zone and replenish their energy in the food court zone. But the main attention was paid to sports tournaments and competitions that took place in the park throughout the day.
Among the many sports activities available at the event, table tennis, chess, martial arts, krav maga, arm wrestling were presented. Those who wished could also show their abilities in such a difficult sport as the bench press. Professional trainers also offered group classes in yoga, stretching, breathing, hand-to-hand combat and many other sports.
Table tennis and chess competitions allowed the participants to show their dexterity and tactical skills. In addition, in arm wrestling and bench press competitions, participants fought for awards, demonstrating their strength and endurance.
For those wishing to learn camping skills, a master class was held, where the instructor helped the participants learn how to set up tents and create comfortable conditions for living in nature.
More than 500 guests took part in the event.
