Moskovyan Square was built as a sign of strengthening the centuries-old Armenian-Russian friendship and ties. It is located in the administrative district of Kentron, between A. Isahakyan and Koryun streets.
The park extends from Koryun Street to the building of the Drama Theater named after. O. Ghaplanyan, reaching the favorite places of Yerevan residents, the Aragast cafe and recreation area.
