I ordered 3 shipments through this company, and only 1 out of 3 arrived after 2 months. What I was dissatisfied with:
1. Insufficient company transparency, you never understand where your cargo is, when it arrives, what you should do, who is to blame, etc.
2. Terrible call center job, you can't get through to them. One day I calculated that I had made 23 calls before I got to the operator. Sometimes they hang up in the middle of a conversation.
3. Unclear interaction with customs, the cargo can stand for a month or two, while for other companies the cargo passes through customs in a few days.
4. Unexplained additional fees at the end, when you already paid for the delivery initially.
My advice – save your money, time, and nerves, do not mess with them.
This is probably the worst global delivery company in Yerevan. You thought that you paid and they would force her to the door, but no, come to the department. Do you want to receive a parcel? Pay us more, it's our job, we charge you an additional 1000amd
Do you have problems at customs? You have two days from the moment we received the documents, and it doesn't matter when we deigned to inform you about it, or pay 6000amd!
Or we can offer you our customs broker, but it is twice as expensive as the same broker in the cargo terminal.
What is good service and loyal customer service in this branch have not heard. (I used UPS in Russia, Georgia and the UAE, and this was not the case anywhere)
