Zatik Wine Festival

On Friday and Saturday, Seasons Park will host a wine festival dedicated to the celebration of Easter. It will be possible to communicate with winemakers, learn the characteristics and history of specific wines and purchase them at cost. It will also be possible to buy Easter souvenirs, look at the legendary collection of painted eggs by Yakov Zargaryan, listen to public talk about winemaking, take part in a round dance, competitions and an all-night vigil with candles.

Exhibition "The Way to the Dream"

The ArtKvartal Gallery on Pushkin Street opens the exhibition "The Way to a Dream" by young artists Svetlana Sanyan and Anna Gaikovich. The central heroine of the works is the traditional Japanese doll Daruma (aka Bodhidharma), personifying good luck. Thematically, the exhibition is dedicated to a woman’s path to her dream; formally, it works to combine the traditions of ceramics with modern technologies in the form of neural networks.

Screening of the film "Tchaikovsky's Wife" by Kirill Serebrennikov

The Yerevan Cinema House will host a screening of last year's film by Kirill Serebrennikov "Tchaikovsky's Wife". At first glance, it looks like a costume drama, but in fact it is a phantasmagoric sketch about lost people, traditional for the director. The film tells about Tchaikovsky's marriage to Antonina Milyukova, which lasted only six weeks and almost drove the composer to the next world, and her crazy. Starring Odin Byron, Alena Mikhailova, Julia Aug, Varvara Shmykova and rapper Oxxxymiron.

Only Girls Left Alive Party by Rambalkoshe

Rambalkoshe creative association sums up the women's month in Armenia with a party in TheØffice space in honor of Mother's Day and Beauty. The program is for girls only. The evening will open with a performance by pianist Anahit Nersesyan. There will also be sets from Sofia Rodina, Estella Boersma, Nite Fleit and Qi. And also - an exhibition of works by artists and illustrators. By tradition, they will drink coffee from VochLuysVochMut.

Exhibition Postcards from the Complex Past

Dalan Gallery opens a week-long exhibition Postcards from the Complex Past, dedicated to colonialism and neo-colonialism. She focuses on postcards from trips, as one of the conductors of the stereotyping of reality and colonial optics. Almost a dozen Armenian artists will try to deconstruct the postcard genre from the point of view of feminism, urban and architectural criticism and other optics.

Concert of the group "Kasta"

Concert of one of the founders of Russian rap in its current form. The group has existed for 25 years, managed to release an album designed for a children's audience and, in general, is already in the status of rather honored, rather than actual artists. However, due to its impact on the genre, a good deal of Caste's work still sounds like it was recorded yesterday.

Children's trip to Khosrov Reserve

This Sunday, you can send your children on a hike in the Khosrov Reserve and the surroundings of the Havuts Tar monastery. Children will have the opportunity to see some of the almost two thousand plant species and almost three hundred animal species. The hike will start in the Azat gorge, and along the way you can admire the Symphony of Stones. The route is easy, 8 kilometers long.

Crossroads Music Festival 

Throughout April, the Crossroads music festival dedicated to modern academic music will be held in Armenia. In just a month, seven concerts will be held, a number of master classes and round tables will be held. This Sunday, within the framework of the festival, a concert will be held by the Canadian pianist of Armenian origin Yves Egoyan, who works mostly with modern musical material and often experiments with the possibilities of the piano. In addition to her own compositions, she will perform compositions by Michael Finnissy and Linda Kathleen Smith.

Concert of the group "Waste"

On Sunday, the rap group Waste of Yevgeny Alekhin and Konstantin Speransky will give a concert at the Tuf club. The team has existed for two decades, during which time it managed to break up and reassemble, as well as change its sound - in recent years, the group's music has gravitated towards indie rock. But at its core, it's still rap, composed by two philologists, writers and book publishers.
