Systems Monitoring Specialist (night shift)

Job responsibilities

• Perform incident analysis and processing
• respond to all notifications received, if necessary, forward them to the responsible team
• perform systems and network monitoring, submit appropriate reports
• log incidents and recurring problems

Required qualifications

• Higher technical education
• basic knowledge of the main concepts of IT infrastructures
• knowledge of monitoring systems (Zabbix, Solarwinds, SCOM) will be an advantage
• excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and English
• communication skills and ability to work in a team
• ability to learn quickly
• conscientious attitude to work and a high sense of responsibility
