SAP Basis Administrator

Job responsibilities

• Design and support the SAP NetWeaver landscape, which includes performing configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of the Basis component of the SAP systems and associated technologies (e.g. HANA databases)
• Support with SAP BASIS requirements both in non-production and production environments
• Manage parameter changes, reorganizations, performance patch application upgrades and/or availability
• Setup and troubleshoot issues and monitor production on a scheduled basis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
• Experience with administration of Windows and Unix systems
• Basic understanding of Database Architecture (SQL)
• Basic understanding of Clustering Architectures
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ambitious and self-motivated person with a high emotional intelligence (EQ)
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
