• actively perform code reviews and help evolve to code review guidelines to ensure quality code is shipped;
• assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans;
• maintain high standards of software quality within the team;
• participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code;
• collaborate with other departments, support them and troubleshoot arising issues;
• guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery;
• provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship;
• prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and
maintenance of software.
• higher education in IT or in a technical field;
• 7+ years of professional experience as a C# Software Developer;
• work experience in financial-banking industry will be a big plus;
• hands-on experience with ADO.NET, LINQ and Entity Framework technologies;
• excellent knowledge of WCF and REST technologies;
• excellent command of MS SQL server and relational database design;
• strong practical mind;
• advanced interpersonal and communication skills;
• excellent organizational and management skills;
• adaptive leadership;
• ability to meet deadlines; high sense of responsibility;
• advanced knowledge of technical English.
