Job responsibilities

  • Collecting quantitative product data and metrics through market research
  • Synthesizing customer research
  • Gathering product requirements and aligning them with business goals
  • Providing technical assistance with analyzing, defining and formalizing business, functional, non-functional and technical requirements
  • Developing User Stories and new product features
  • Assisting in running Scrum meetings (Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews/Demos, Sprint Retrospectives and Sprint Planning)
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and assisting PM with internal and external communication
  • May serve as short term backup for PMs

Required qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Intern, Project Coordinator, Administrative Assistant or in a related capacity; preferably working in an IT or technology environment
  • Strong organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while still meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and be able to work with data to measure performance, highlight problems and determine solutions
  • Strong interest in IT and technology required
  • Experience with Project management tools like, JIRA, Trello, Asana, Confluence is a plus
  • Self-motivated and proactive – anticipates issues and opportunities and takes initiative to address them without direction
  • Positive, helpful, and collaborative team player
  • Personable, open-minded and flexible
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
