Sherep

The Sherep restaurant, which opened on November 10, 2017, is located in the very heart of the capital, at the symbolic address Amiryan 1, on the site of the former cafe "Armenia", next to the Republic Square.

The choice of the name of the conceptual restaurant is not accidental. The ladle is one of the main and most powerful tools of the cook, a symbol of his skill.

Sherepa's cuisine has no national affiliation or special bias. The menu offers delicious, interesting and unique dishes from cuisines of different countries, with a special style and unique presentation of the restaurant's chefs.

The Sherep restaurant has a large open kitchen where guests can follow the process of preparing their dishes, communicate with chefs, get acquainted with their skill and talent.

Since its opening, the Sherep restaurant has come up with unique gastronomic initiatives. It has become a tradition in Sherepa to host chefs from different countries, holders of the Michelin title, to create a set menu on the basis of the “four hands” principle and to hold culinary fights called “Sherepamart” (lit. “Fight on the ladle”). According to the established tradition, the invited chefs of the restaurant add new dishes to the menu by exchanging signed ladles with the chef of the Sherep restaurant.
