Founded in 1970, reorganized in 2002. including children's clinic No. 7. The clinic serves the population of the northwestern part of Nerkin Shengavit, providing primary health care services to the population up to 18 years of age and older and providing paid medical services to citizens living outside the service area.

Outpatient clinical medical care provided to the population includes the following areas: primary health care - therapeutic, pediatric, obstetric and gynecological, highly specialized medical care - with cardiological, surgical, urological, neuropathological, ophthalmological, ENT, dental, gastroenterological offices, dispensary medical care - with endocrinological , dermatovenerological, oncological, anti-tuberculosis and infectious diseases rooms.

Clinical and paraclinical studies are carried out: rooms for x-ray diagnostics, fluorography, echoscopy, endoscopy, functional diagnostics, with clinical and biochemical laboratories, rehabilitation treatment with rooms for physiotherapy and massage. The clinic employs qualified specialists who have completed the necessary advanced training courses and junior medical staff.
