Anna Brodnikova

My name is Anna, I am a clinical psychologist. In 2011 she graduated from St. Petersburg State University. She worked in a narcological dispensary, a psychiatric hospital. Worked as an organizational psychologist for 8 years. Now I'm in private practice. I work mainly in CBT and AST - approach. But I also use techniques from Gestalt therapy. I regularly visit supervisions, go to personal therapy. For me, psychotherapy is a way to take care of yourself. I admire the courage of clients and their willingness to face their fears and problems. And defeat them. My task is to help a person and support him on this difficult but important path.
