Systems Monitoring Specialist (night shift)
Description
Job responsibilities
- Perform incident analysis and processing
- respond to all notifications received, if necessary, forward them to the responsible team
- perform systems and network monitoring, submit appropriate reports
- log incidents and recurring problems
Required qualifications
- Higher technical education
- basic knowledge of the main concepts of IT infrastructures
- knowledge of monitoring systems (Zabbix, Solarwinds, SCOM) will be an advantage
- excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and English
- communication skills and ability to work in a team
- ability to learn quickly
- conscientious attitude to work and a high sense of responsibility
