SAP Basis Administrator
Description
Job responsibilities
- Design and support the SAP NetWeaver landscape, which includes performing configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of the Basis component of the SAP systems and associated technologies (eg HANA databases)
- Support with SAP BASIS requirements both in non-production and production environments
- Manage parameter changes, reorganizations, performance patch application upgrades and/or availability
- Setup and troubleshoot issues and monitor production on a scheduled basis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
- Experience with administration of Windows and Unix systems
- Basic understanding of Database Architecture (SQL)
- Basic understanding of Clustering Architectures
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ambitious and self-motivated person with a high emotional intelligence (EQ)
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
