Duties and responsibilities: — Provide exceptional customer care. — Lead the front desk team and be a role model by sharing experience and knowledge. — Create a team work schedule. — Train new team members in accordance with hotel standards and policies. — Ensure that all team members adhere to standard operating procedures, are friendly and attentive to guest needs and service. — Address guest issues and complaints consistently and effectively. — Build strong relationships and coordinate with all other departments. — Assist the booking team with day-to-day duties and continually review guest debts and payments. — Accommodate arriving groups, prepare accommodation lists and coordinate the registration process.
Required skills: — At least a bachelor's degree. — Experience in the hotel industry. — Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages. — Opportunity to work full time.
