Duties and responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer care.
Lead the front desk team and be a role model by sharing experience and knowledge.
Create a team work schedule.
Train new team members in accordance with hotel standards and policies.
Ensure that all team members adhere to standard operating procedures, are friendly and attentive to guest needs and service.
Address guest issues and complaints consistently and effectively.
Build strong relationships and coordinate with all other departments.
Assist the booking team with day-to-day duties and continually review guest debts and payments.
Accommodate arriving groups, prepare accommodation lists and coordinate the registration process.

Required skills:
At least a bachelor's degree.
Experience in the hotel industry.
Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages.
Opportunity to work full time.
