• Sales of loans, insurance certificates, deposits and payment cards, cross-selling,
• Opening, managing and closing customer accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Bank's internal legal acts, decisions and orders.
• Involvement of salary projects,
• Implementation of sales of banking products operating in the Bank within the framework of salary projects,
• Providing advice to clients on banking services,
• Organizing and conducting presentations for clients,
• Implementation of preliminary sales through phone calls,
• Entering customer data (including contact) and their changes into the "Operational Day" system,
• In accordance with the requirements of the internal legal acts, decisions and orders of the bank, implementation of cash register operations,
• Acceptance and execution of utility payments,
• Providing customers with information on their accounts and statements of completed transactions, service of plastic cards through POS terminals (rights are provided with the agreement of MBT and GT)
• Higher education (economic or technical education is preferred),
• During the last 5 years, at least 1 year of experience in financial banking (preferably customer service or credit oriented),
• Knowledge of MS Office, LSoft software,
• Banking legislation, general knowledge of banking services, knowledge of business ethics, presentation skills, customer engagement and service skills
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English.
