Systems Monitoring Specialist (night shift)
Description
Perform incident analysis and processing, respond to all notifications received, if necessary, forward them to the responsible network team, perform systems and monitoring, submit appropriate reports, log incidents and recurring problems.
• Higher technical education, • basic knowledge of the main concepts of IT infrastructures, • knowledge of monitoring systems (Zabbix, Solarwinds, SCOM) will be an advantage. • excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and English, • communication skills and ability to work in a team, • ability to learn quickly, • conscientious attitude to work and a high sense of responsibility.
