Description
• In accordance with the requirements of the Bank's internal legal acts, implementation of cash register operations, decisions and orders for account-holding and non-account-holding Private clients, • Opening, managing, closing, identifying and classifying customer accounts by risk groups in accordance with the requirements of relevant internal legal acts, • Opening, maintenance and closing of deposit accounts in accordance with the requirements of the internal legal acts, decisions and orders of the Bank, • Implementation of cashless purchase and sale of foreign currency in accordance with the requirements of internal legal acts, decisions and orders of the bank, • Implementation of operations with payment systems in accordance with the Bank's relevant internal legal acts, decisions and orders, • Acceptance of payment documents submitted by clients, verification in accordance with the requirements of the Bank's internal legal acts, decisions and orders and input into the "Operational Day" program, • Maintenance of card accounts, closure, change of credit line limits, change of customer data in accordance with the internal legal acts, decisions and orders of the bank, • Entering customer data (including contact information) and their changes in the "Operational Day" system, • Implementation of other functions related to the sale and service of payment cards in accordance with the internal legal acts, decisions and orders of the Bank, • Performing other functions assigned to him by internal legal acts, decisions and orders of the Bank and other assignments related to his functions. • Higher (economic or technical education is preferred), • During the last 3 years, at least 1 year of experience in financial banking (preferably service-oriented), • MS Office, LSoft or similar programs, • Armenian (excellent), Russian (good), English (good), • General knowledge of banking services, recognition of RA currency and foreign currency, knowledge of business ethics rules, customer engagement and service skills. • High competitive salary, • Annual salary review, • Opportunity for professional growth, • Quarterly, annual bonuses, • Flexible work schedule, • Possibility of remote work, • Paid additional non-working days, • Medical insurance.
