Description
• Organization of meetings, visits to attract private clients, presentation of services offered by the Bank, • Managing the database of potential and existing Private clients and partners, • Managing and regularly updating the profile-passport of private customers, • Service of the existing Private customer base, including the collection of information necessary for the implementation of monitoring defined by internal legal acts and the implementation of monitoring, • Realization of sales of all banking services to private clients in accordance with the adopted business plan, • If necessary, presentation of conclusions regarding planned transactions with Private clients, performance of effective profitability calculations and presentation to the direct manager, • After providing the loan product, monitoring is carried out in accordance with the internal legal acts of the Bank. • Analysis of active and passive portfolio of private clients, analysis of trends, presentation of recommendations for activities at activating transactions to the direct manager, • Management and maintenance of active and passive portfolios of private clients, • Presentation of proposals for automation due to operations of the department, presentation of proposals for optimization and automation of business processes in the field of private customer service to the direct manager, • Provision and updating of regularly requested questionnaires, information, founding and other documents arising from KYC, AML requirements regarding private clients, • Compilation of reports and other documents related to the works of the department, • Initiation of changes in services and rates for private clients, initiation and presentation of proposals for improvement of banking services and new services to the direct manager, • Performing other functions assigned to him by internal legal acts, decisions and orders of the Bank and other assignments related to his functions.
