Description
• Initiation, planning and implementation of projects for the introduction of new corporate services, modernization, development and optimization of existing services based on marketing research, • Analysis of the information received on the processes of the implemented services, identification of defects, presentation of proposals aimed at elimination and optimization of defects, • Development, modernization of legal acts regulating the processes implemented/served by the Directorate, • Compilation, study and analysis of periodic reports, • Presentation of technical tasks for automation of functions, reports, • Implementation of projects, including development and presentation of requirements for terms of service, business processes, planned software changes, technical requirements, • Implementation of works aimed at the implementation of projects, including preparation of project materials, verification of technical adequacy, initiation of training of process participants, organization of pilot implementation and implementation of processes aimed at elimination of defects, • Participates in corporate marketing, including annual corporate marketing (participates in preparation of marketing policy and plan); • During the implementation of the activities provided by the project implementation measures, it supports other departments of the Bank, including development of service promotion materials, testing of program changes, training of process participants and preparation of necessary information and assessment materials, service sales planning and other functions depending on the specifics of the project. • Performing other functions assigned to him by internal legal acts, decisions and orders of the Bank and other assignments related to his functions. • During the last 5 years, at least 3 years of work experience in the financial and banking sector, preferably in the field of Banking Services Development, • Higher (economic or technical education is preferred), • Licenses or certificates proving qualification in terms of project management, banking service conditions, process development (preferred), • Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project (desirable), bank operational day (desirable), software systems of processing companies (desirable), • Armenian (excellent), Russian (excellent ), English (satisfactory), • Knowledge of the basics of marketing and effective sales. • High competitive salary, • Annual salary review, • Opportunity for professional growth, • Quarterly, annual bonuses, • Flexible work schedule, • Possibility of remote work, • Paid additional non-working days, • Medical insurance.
