Movement Move2Armenia – opens Armenia for life, work, business and education through online services, offline events and an active community.
We are looking for a team manager with expertise in the following areas: event, marketing, project. The advantages will be: knowledge of English and Armenian languages, a proven base of contractors in Armenia. You will work on projects for several internal brands of Move2Armenia (Business, Market and others).
For this position, we are looking for an independent specialist who is more inclined towards generating ideas, forming the program and meaning of the event, searching for speakers / music groups / dj, communication, sales and presentation, coordinating the entire program on the site, able to organize a city-wide festival on a turnkey basis.
Event formats now: lecture halls, local brand markets, job fairs, conferences, music and cultural festivals, movie nights, swaps, forums and business expo, etc.
Task examples:
— development of concepts and presentation of ideas to partners/sponsors,
— search and integration into events of sponsors/partners,
— planning the preparation schedule for the event, taking into account the available resources for implementation,
— planning and maintaining the budget of the event, together with an accountant and a lawyer (contracts / invoices with contractors, etc.),
– elaboration of the event program, search and integration of speakers,
– search and communication with contractors (equipment rental, cleaning, lighting, sound, music bands / dj, photo / video production),
— briefing and coordination of the work of the team at all stages of the project implementation,
— venues: search, preparation for the event and handover after the event,
– assessment of the effectiveness of the event (data collection and analysis for internal reports and post-PR).
Requirements:
— at least 3 years of experience in event management
— pumping in communication: understanding where you need to be tough, and where you need to soften the situation,
- stress resistance,
— ability to work in a team and organize its work,
– understanding of the basics and practice in: pr, marketing, project management (there will be tasks at the intersection of these spheres),
– languages: Russian (required), English or Armenian (highly desirable one of the highest level),
– activity, initiative, independence, systemic and analytical thinking, observation, project management,
– exсel, power point, social media – at a high level.
