Description
• Studying the lending and banking services markets of micro, small and medium enterprises (hereinafter referred to as SME) on the instructions of the regional head of the department of work with SME clients. • Implementation of customer engagement activities in the regions of the Bank's branches under his responsibility, • Organization of meetings, visits to attract SME customers, presentation of services offered by the Bank, • Business analysis of potential borrowers, implementation of the lending process, • Ensuring the process of lending applications/applications, approving submissions to competent authorities/committees, • Promotion of banking services, products, implementation of cross sales, • Taking measures in the direction of the implementation of monthly, quarterly planned tasks, target indicators of his individual and corresponding branch, • Management of profile-passport of SME clients, regular updating, • Management of active and passive portfolios of SME clients, • Formed loan portfolio service, effective communication with clients, • Quality control of the loan portfolio, current works : participation and support in the recovery of problematic loans, • Compilation and submission of proposals for the optimization and automation of business processes for SME customer service to the regional head of the SME customer service department, • Fulfillment of the assignments given by the regional head of the department of work with SME clients, • Performing other functions assigned to him by internal legal acts, decisions and orders of the Bank and other assignments related to his functions, • Submitting reports on the work done to his immediate supervisor, the regional head of the department of work with SME clients.
• Higher or professional education, • At least 2 years of work experience in the financial and banking sector during the last 3 years, • MS Office, • Armenian (excellent), Russian (good), English (good), • Financial analysis, general knowledge of legislation regulating the banking sector.
