About the team:
The creative department of the global brand Move2Armenia functions as an internal advertising agency. We solve the tasks of projects under the Move2Armenia brand and are looking for a manager with experience in the following areas: event, marketing, project management to join our team. You will work on projects for several internal brands of Move2Armenia.
We are waiting for an independent specialist capable of organizing a city-scale festival on a turnkey basis. The current event formats: lectures, local brand fairs, job fairs, conferences, music and cultural festivals, movie screenings, swaps, forums, business expos, etc.
Tasks:
— Event planning and organizing, namely,
— brief and coordinate the, team at all stages of the event implementation
— search and integrate event sponsors/partners,
— develop the event program, search and integrate speakers,
— search and communicate with contractors (equipment rental, cleaning, lighting, sound, music groups/dj, photo/video production),
— venues: search, preparation for the event and handover after the event,
– assessment of the effectiveness of the event (data collection and analysis for internal reports and post-PR).
Requirements:
— at least 3 years of experience in event management
— ability to work in a team and organize its work,
– understanding of the basics and practice in: pr, marketing, project management (there will be tasks at the intersection of these spheres),
— languages: Russian, Armenian (required), English (will be a plus).

At first, we will support, guide and integrate you into all projects, then we expect independent management of the events in coordination with the creative team.
