Customer acquisition specialist at INGO Armenia

Required qualities and skills:
— Analyze the lifestyle and habits of people leading healthy, successful, dynamic lives, and their family members, identify possible hazards and risks, develop and provide programs to neutralize or mitigate their consequences,
— Make clients' lives safer, more reliable, more profitable and more predictable by giving them free time and the potential to live creatively and with dignity.

Job responsibilities:
— Have information about the products offered (expert level),
— Identify the segment of citizens in need of these services based on key characteristics,
— Establish contact and create an atmosphere of mutual understanding with the client,
— Skillfully convey to the client the threat of possible risks and offer a joint solution using the presented set of tools (products).
Target results:
— Ensure the implementation of the monthly sales plan,
— Ensure annual growth of 20 % on contracts signed at meetings,
— Achieve an existing customer contract renewal rate of 80 % or more,
— Ensure timely and correct payment for all signed contracts,
— Provide knowledge of 85% and more regularly administered proficiency tests.
