Health Insurance Sales Specialist at INGO Armenia

Job responsibilities:
— Have information about health insurance products,
— Identify the segment of citizens in need of these services,
— Establish contact and create an atmosphere of mutual understanding with the client,
— Skillfully convey to the client the threat of possible risks and offer a joint solution using the presented product.

Target results:
— Ensure the implementation of the monthly sales plan,
— Ensure annual growth of 20 % on contracts signed at meetings,
— Achieve an existing customer contract renewal rate of 80 % or more,
— Ensure timely and correct payment for all signed contracts,
— Provide knowledge of 85% and more regularly administered proficiency tests.

— Knowledge of two languages (Armenian is required),
