About the team:
The creative department of the global brand Move2Armenia functions as an advertising agency. We solve the problems of projects under the Move2Armenia brand - internal clients.

Creative team members: account manager, art director/targeted advertising project, web designer/e-mail and tilda layout designer, 3 smm managers/content makers, camera editor, pr manager, event manager, translator and targetologists on a contract basis.

Tasks:
Market analysis to formulate a marketing strategy
Independent selection of sites and organization of promotion on these sites
Support for internal clients: Move2Armenia APP, Move2Armenia Business, Move2Armenia Career, Move2Armenia Culture, Move2Armenia Market, Move2Armenia Support, Move2Armenia Catalog&FAQ, Yerevan Car.
Coordination of the work of the creative department and project managers in the areas of smm, event organization, pr, production, branding, marketing, website development and support, presentations and weekly task identification for the department. All requests from projects come to you, and you, understanding the entire workload of the team, distribute tasks by specialists and deadlines.
Partial projecting of the team. Setting goals and objectives for the department for the quarter > month > two-week sprint. Fixing their effectiveness, points of growth. Holding sprint meetings every two weeks with each team member and setting goals for this time. Daily check of reports for the day and plans for the next day.
Quality control and deadlines for tasks and assistance in solving problems that arise in the workflow of the client or the project team.
Channel performance analytics, search and offer of additional tools for development.
Participation in the development and planning of marketing strategies, hypotheses for further actions to achieve the business objectives of our clients.
Creating a quality product with your own hands. Replacing team members during vacation, sick leave or other situations. You need to be able to create a good product yourself, and defend it in front of the client. Presentations, brainstorms, social media posts. At least basic.

Requirements:
Experience as a marketing director/brand manager for at least 2 years.
Knowledge of languages: Russian, Armenian, knowledge of English will be an advantage, but not required.
Knowledge of Excel, Keynote/PowerPoint programs and ability to work in them
Working with task trackers. Asana - for project management and planning / control of team resources, Slack - for communication, Notion and google disk - for data storage. You need to know them or be prepared to figure them out quickly.
Seeing. Follow and understand the current trends in the digital market, as well as be able to apply them in practice and evaluate their effectiveness.
Systemic structured thinking. Have order in your affairs and head. Excessive perfectionism is not superfluous, but there must be a balance).
Ability to multi-task, the ability to effectively organize your working day and the working day of the team.
Good understanding of people: analyze, identify and clearly shape the needs of customers.
Psychological stability: the ability to defend your point and direct the conversation with the client in the right direction; protecting the interests of the team in communication; quick recovery after failures, or after a negative on the part of the client and not taking it personally; stress resistance.
Knowledge of customer service standards (business communication, business correspondence).
