About the team: 
The creative department of the global brand Move2Armenia functions as an advertising agency. We solve the problems of projects under the Move2Armenia brand - internal clients.

Creative team members: account manager, art director/targeted advertising project, web designer/e-mail and tilda layout designer, 3 smm managers/content makers, camera editor, pr manager, event manager, translator and targetologists on a contract basis.

Tasks:
Visual support for all media for internal clients in cooperation with the art director: Move2Armenia APP, Move2Armenia Business, Move2Armenia Career, Move2Armenia Culture, Move2Armenia Market, Move2Armenia Support, Move2Armenia Catalog&FAQ, Yerevan Car
Event branding: printing (roll-ups, banners, badges, stickers, navigation, etc.), posters, handouts, merch, etc.
Digital: banners for websites; covers of company cards on the website and articles in the blog, etc.
Working closely with SMM managers to create visuals: posts and stories for instagram, facebook, LinkedIn, telegram; covers for reels, covers for youtube videos.
Marketing: development of creatives for targeted advertising in social networks.

Requirements
Experience in an advertising / creative / digital agency or on the client side in a similar position from 1 year.
Ability to work in Adobe Photoshop (priority), Adobe Illustrator and Figma (required less often).
Ability to make simple animations for social media content would be an advantage.
Knowledge of languages: literate Russian and Armenian is mandatory, English (will be an advantage, but not required).
High speed of work in Photoshop and generally fast layout (The main thing is not the rules, but speed and quality).
Ability to multi-task, with a minimal brief and the ability to effectively organize your working day.
The ability to perceive constructive criticism, but also to stand your ground, justifying your point of view.
Stress resistance.
Responsibility and attention to detail.
The ability to understand people well: analyze, identify and clearly form the needs of customers by asking clarifying questions on the briefs.
Openness, ability to work in a team, empathy.
Seeing. Follow and understand the current trends in the digital market, as well as be able to apply them in practice and evaluate their effectiveness.
Working with task trackers. Asana for project management and team resource planning/control, Slack for communication, Notion and google disk for data storage. You need to know them or be ready to quickly figure it out.

At first, the art director will support, guide and integrate you into all projects, 
Next, we expect independence and initiative. Those. you will not sit around waiting for a task to be set or a brief to be issued, but you will set them yourself + pull out a brief from the client, since there are always tasks.

Schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00. During the launch of large projects, the work schedule may shift, if you are taken to work on weekends, then this will be replaced by days off in the middle of the week.
