About the team:
The creative department of the global brand Move2Armenia functions as an advertising agency. We solve the problems of projects under the Move2Armenia brand - internal clients.
Tasks:
— Promotion in social networks of two internal clients of the company: Move2Armenia Business and Move2Armenia Career.
— Quick response to newsbreaks (internal and external), creation and publication of content.
— As part of our Tone of voice and positioning, quickly convey information to the audience about all the events and benefits of the projects.
— Publication of content in two languages (Russian, Armenian).
— Assisting the project manager for targeted advertising in developing text creatives for targeted advertising (the team has a targetologist and a designer who draws layouts).
— Communication with the audience in social networks.
— Weekly collection of statistics to analyze the effectiveness of a particular content.
— Cross-platform: release of posts on all platforms synchronously.
Requirements:
— Experience in smm / content management from 2 years.
— Knowledge of platforms: facebook, instagram, telegram, linkedin.
— A sense of composition, the ability to create photos and videos (+ editing).
— Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
— The ability to balance and understand where you need to work “to make a complex detailed text and design for a week”, and where “to quickly and easily lay out a story without a designer and professional shooting, so as not to miss the newsbreak”.
— Ability to draw layouts for posts, stories and videos in Adobe photoshop / Adobe illustrator / figma (one of the programs is enough).
— Photo / video shooting and editing on the phone.
— Competent Russian + Armenian (If you still have English, then this will be an advantage). Level: speaking, writing, reading.
— Initiative, independence, literacy
— Love for the cause and sharing of our values.
— A phone with a good camera and your own laptop (you can borrow a working laptop).

— At first, we will support, guide and integrate you into all projects.
— Next, we expect independent management of the smm direction in conjunction with a creative team.
Terms:
— Office in the center of Yerevan.
— Work in conjunction with a creative team that will help and support (account manager, brand manager, two smm managers / content makers, translator, art director, graphic designer, event manager, pr manager, targetologists).
