Hello everyone, we are looking for a head chef for the new Viper bar in Yerevan.
A bar with cocktails and author's tinctures, a kitchen with street food elements.
Tasks:
— Preparation of blanks and dishes in accordance with ready-made technical cards,
— Purchase of products
— Control of line personnel,
— Conducting inventories,
— Quality control of finished products and semi-finished products.
Important:
— Similar work experience from 1 year,
— initiative,
— Stress resistance ,
— Adequate speed,
— Accuracy, attention to detail,
— Knowledge of the Russian language, knowledge of Armenian will be a big plus.
Working hours and salary are discussed individually.
