Description of work:
Handle all booking requests, changes and cancellations received by phone or email,
Answer incoming calls and provide comprehensive answers to customer inquiries and complaints,
Track schedules of bookings, cancellations and no-shows,
Track changes to original bookings and manage exchanges and refunds,
Manage our website rates across all OTA extranets and check rates daily,
Establish working relationships with all departments (Front Office, Sales, etc.).

Job responsibilities:
Experience as a booking agent would be a plus
You communicate and write fluently in English/Russian,
Knowledge of Triosoft System would be an advantage
A degree or diploma in hospitality management or equivalent would be an advantage,
Flexibility to respond to different work situations,
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
