Duties and responsibilities:
— Participation in the operating activities of the restaurant;
— maximizing sales, profits and productivity;
— implementation of marketing programs;
— Adhering to company standards to meet guest needs, maintain high levels of product quality, use of facilities, and participate in the development and career advancement of team members.

Required Skills:
— Human Resources and Business Administration skills with responsibilities for staff training and responsibility for adhering to brand standards within the team they lead;
— Good leadership, organization and control skills;
— Experience in maintaining cash, income and expenditure documents, waybills and time sheets; 
— High motivation in work and discipline;
— Communication skills, ability to work in a team.

Special Skills: 
— Minimum 1 year experience in fast food industry preferred.

Meals are provided by the company in the amount of 1650 AMD per day.
