— Measuring and receiving the area of construction work,
— Control of receipt and transfer of materials,
— Management and control of the entire process of construction work defined by the project,
— Ensuring daily accounting of construction work and monitoring the progress of work,
— Carrying out technical management of construction,
— Tracking the project, estimate, volume.
— Carrying out technical control over construction work, ensuring construction standards and requirements,
— Skill to work in team.
Requirements:
— Education: higher professional,
— Experience in construction or related fields,
— Skills in coordinating construction work, management, supervision,
— Ability to work in tense situations and quickly navigate,
— Organization skills,
— Punctuality, honesty, exactingness, experience with measuring instruments,
— It is advisable to have a car.
