Entering the pool and not being able to move and swim is a waste of time!
As for the jacuzzi, the water is dirty and smells terrible.
No explanations with the administration yield results.
They only make promises for the first day and rip off money.

29.08.2023 в 18:09THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE FITNESS CLUB EVER!
We bought subscriptions for a year and for this year we are completely out of service. I'll start with the most recent and terrible event:
1. Our annual membership had 40 days of freeze. We used the freeze every time we went somewhere.
And so, when the subscription came to an end, we found out at the reception that one frost was not taken into account (someone forgot to add it to the database or for some other reason).
We asked how the administration is going to resolve this issue. To which we were told that the administration could not resolve this issue in any way.
And then they began to blackmail us, literally: “We can add you 10 days of freezing, IF YOU BUY a subscription from us for AT LEAST 1 month. Then it will turn out not 30 days, but 40. This is our decision, we want to solve this situation at the expense of your loyalty”… CURTAIN!
This is the level of a basement sharazhka office, but not a premium fitness club! Just SHAME!
When I started to list them all the problems in their fitness club and said that the conflict situation is never resolved AT THE Expense of the buyer, they told me that I was wrong. Such is their decision. If I want to take advantage of their offer, then they will go to the meeting! Just awful!
Bottom line: We do not get what we are supposed to in the form of freezing days, because through THEIR FAULT, these dates are not in the database. And if we want to get it, we have to pay more. Doctor, are we in a mental hospital?)
2. The most important simulator was always broken!
Rare case when it worked. Usually it broke down and then it took weeks to fix it! We took photos for a review, but there is no way to attach them here.
3. The spa complex has 3 saunas and the husband's favorite sauna has never worked for the last 4 months. Also, the salt room did not work for a very long time.
4. Swimming pools, hot tubs and saunas often smell like urine. In the showers, in general, the feeling that this is a public toilet!
5. Very often there are no towels at the reception. And then you have to constantly run up and ask “When will the towels be available?” Or look for employees in the pool area and ask them to extradite them.
Worst fitness club we've ever been to!
