About the event
The Armenian premiere of the documentary drama "Nina's Children" (2023) sheds light on the war in Artsakh and the experiences of the young generation residing close to Artsakh.
The storyline revolves around three brothers: David, who has recently returned from the front and is navigating life post-service while seeking a fulfilling job; Arthur, currently on leave from his military duties, attempting to recall his favorite piano melody; and Seryozha, on the cusp of turning 18 and soon to start his service.
Directed by Eduard Gevorgyan, a graduate of VGIK and a promising young filmmaker, "Nina's Children" marks his directorial debut. The film competed for the prestigious documentary award “Лавр” ("Laurel") and received a Jury Mention.
